We're so confident in our LED neon sign products that we offer a warranty! At checkout, get extended warranty for 10% of the purchase price. Adding this to your purchase gives you a one-year warranty on your order.
Note, though, that the warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not extend to natural wear and any damage due to misuse and mishandling.

If the package is broken and the product inside is damaged, Neonize will send a replacement to you. However, you are required to report the damage to your local courier company. Otherwise, you will need to bear the shipping cost incurred by shipping the replacement.
